Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Contract Management Program Manager in San Jose, CA for hybrid work. You will oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle, including intake, drafting, execution, renewals, and closure, aligning terms with business objectives.

You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Risk to mitigate risk and drive process improvements. The role requires deep CLM and procurement experience, strong stakeholder management, and familiarity with ERP systems and vendor management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contract management, procurement, or commercial operations.
• In-depth understanding of contract structure, terms, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, Tax, and Exec teams.
• Experience with CLM platforms, procurement tools, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts through intake, drafting, execution, renewal, and closure.
• Review terms, SOWs, amendments, and addenda for alignment with objectives.
• Track milestones, expiration dates, and renewal deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on contracts.
• Support end-to-end procurement workflows and approvals.
• Maintain a centralized, audit-ready contract repository.
