Responsibilities

• Prepare input and analyses for budgets, proposals, and post-award assessments.
• Develop price, cost, small value, or hybrid estimates for budgeting/ acquisitions.
• Develop acquisition strategy including risk assessment for government approval.
• Create milestone schedules leading to PO placement to support program needs.
• Prepare and issue RFPs for government-approved solicitations and negotiate with suppliers.
