• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
• Experience in Complex Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Employment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing complex litigation cases from intake through resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers.
• Assist and prepare for hearings, depositions, mediations, and other litigation events across Northern California.
• Contribute to case strategy and support the broader litigation team.
