NVIDIA Corporation seeks a Software Optimization Engineer to join the DRIVE Road Structure / Online Mapping / Context Fusion team. You will improve real-time performance of software that fuses perception, map, and localization data to model the driving environment.

You’ll profile pipelines, reduce CPU and memory usage, and lower latency on automotive platforms. Collaboration with algorithm, platform, and software engineers is essential to deliver measurable improvements and maintain correctness

Competenze

• A PhD with 4+ years, an MS with 6+ years, or a BS (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in modern C++ and performance-sensitive software.
• Experience profiling CPU, memory, and end-to-end latency.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, memory management, and concurrency.
• Experience using profiling tools and benchmarks to diagnose bottlenecks.
• A systematic debugging and optimization approach preserving correctness.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
