Job summary

Factor, a digital creative agency, seeks a Senior Content Strategist to define portfolio-level content best practices for engaging developer audiences. You will bring deep content architecture, research expertise, and hands-on leadership to mentor copywriters across accounts.

This role can be located anywhere in Canada within three hours of the Pacific Time Zone, with work largely remote across North America. Start ASAP for two months, with possible extension.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in Content Strategy.
• Experience in content strategy, technical writing, research, and conversational copywriting.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear content.
• Experience building scalable content systems across surfaces.
• Strong judgment for developer-focused audiences.
• Ability to mentor and lead creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern portfolio-level content best practices and voice guidelines.
• Architect and scale end-to-end content infrastructure across surfaces (landing pages, decks, emails, event signage, playbooks).
• Translate complex capabilities into clear, approachable messaging for technical audiences.
• Oversee content hierarchies and provide strategic oversight to copywriters.
• Lead reviews and provide actionable feedback on tone, accuracy, and clarity.
