This rolecombines content strategy, information architecture, UX research, and UX writing in a fast-moving Agile engagement supporting the migration of a legacy enterprise site to a modern, accessible platform. You'll translate highly technical information into clear,plain-language content, design the sitemap and taxonomy that make it easy to find, validatedecisions through focused evaluative research, and put governance in place so the client canmaintain the result independently. This role is fully remote.

At Fearless, the Senior Consultant combines expertise in Content Design, Content Strategy, Product Design, Service Design, User Research, and UX leadership. This role will possess the necessary skills at an advanced level of proficiency for setting the vision, strategy, and systems that guide cross-functional design teams in creating scalable, impactful, and user-centered solutions. The role requires a balance of strategic foresight, design mentorship, and hands-on expertise to deliver high-quality products and services that meet user, customer, and organizational needs.
