Overview

We're seeking a senior content strategist to help shape how businesses communicate with people on this app by developing clear, compelling, and scalable content that drives awareness, adoption, and engagement of our messaging solutions.

About You

You're a Senior Content Strategist with deep experience leading end-to-end content strategy in B2B environments, with a focus on conversational design in digital experiences. You bring a sharp business lens to content challenges, translating complex ideas into clear, scalable narratives that drive impact across enterprise audiences.

The Opportunity

In this role, you'll lead content strategy across a portfolio of high-impact, B2B event marketing projects as well as channel-specific messaging strategy and execution. You'll partner with product marketing, design, and partner teams to craft concise, actionable content that supports lifecycle experiences, including post-event opt-ins and in-product engagement. This role is not focused on long-form content, but rather on short-form, high-impact messaging that drives adoption and enhances the user journey.

Required Experience
  • 5-7 years of content strategy experience in an agency or consultancy
  • 3-5 years of B2B experience
  • Bachelor's degree—preferably related to marketing, communications, or writing/journalism
  • Deep familiarity with messaging and channel strategy frameworks/best practices, and audience/market research methods and tools
  • Deep familiarity with content and conversational design; chatbot experience a plus
  • Familiarity with AI's potential to augment content work; hands-on proficiency in various AI tools a plus
  • Experience in multicultural marketing a plus

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $80.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
