Job summary

Sloane Strategy is seeking a Content & Production Manager to own the agency's content production lifecycle, from pre-production to final delivery, including photography, video, and social-first content. The role involves leading client shoots, directing talent, and coordinating with cross-functional teams across organic social, paid media, and strategy.

The ideal candidate brings 3–7+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe CC, CapCut, Canva, and Meta/GA4 tools.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of relevant professional experience in content production, social media, or digital marketing.
• Strong photography and videography experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and CapCut; capable of editing social-first content.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute content shoots from pre-production to final delivery.
• Lead 1–2 client shoots per week across the DMV area.
• Manage pre-production planning, shot lists, equipment, post-production, and asset delivery.
