Job summary

VivoSense, Inc. is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager, Life Sciences, to own strategy, creation, production, and performance of digital content across channels.

You will translate highly technical life sciences topics for pharma, biotech, and digital health audiences while working remotely with cross-functional teams. Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, you will manage WordPress content, create compelling visuals with Adobe Creative Cloud, and drive LinkedIn campaigns and event

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive B2B content marketing or integrated marketing experience.
• Familiarity with clinical trials, digital health technologies, wearable sensors, digital measures, eClinical solutions, or related regulated environments.
• Strong visual design capabilities supported by a portfolio of digital and print work.
• Advanced working knowledge of WordPress and managing website content and layouts.
• Experience using HubSpot for email marketing, landing pages, CRM-connected marketing, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn organic content and paid campaigns.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for events.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute an integrated content strategy aligned with VivoSense priorities, brand positioning, audiences, and customer journey.
• Create, edit, and manage high-quality content across blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, website copy, emails, digital ads, brochures, conference collateral, and sales materials.
• Oversee day-to-day content on the VivoSense website within WordPress, collaborating with external resources as needed.
• Produce polished visual assets for LinkedIn campaigns, ads, blog imagery, and conference materials using Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop) and AI tools.
• Lead VivoSense organic LinkedIn strategy and paid campaigns, with planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Plan and execute campaign plans for conferences and trade shows; represent VivoSense at domestic and international events.
