Blacksmith Agency is expanding its marketing division and seeks a Content Marketing Manager to own strategy, performance and client-facing leadership across paid search, paid social, SEO and CRO. This is a hybrid, senior role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

You will join sales calls, oversee internal and external specialists, build roadmaps, ensure campaigns deliver measurable outcomes, and present results monthly to clients.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in PPC, SEO or multi-channel full-funnel strategy.
• Experience running paid and organic channels simultaneously.
• Expertise with Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, and keyword tools.
• Ability to articulate strategic recommendations for clients.
• Proven track record leading execution teams and ensuring quality.
• Sharp analytical skills and fast issue diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for all PPC and SEO clients across industries.
• Join sales calls to validate scope and pitch recommendations.
• Develop 90-day, 6-month, and annual growth roadmaps.
• Own client performance across paid and organic channels.
• Audit campaigns, bidding, landing pages, and CRO opportunities.
• Coordinate priorities with marketing PM and QA weekly.
• Present monthly and quarterly performance summaries.
