Qualifications

• 8+ years of product creative experience producing or program-managing creative and content experiences that ship inside a digital product or service.
• 5–7+ years working directly with software engineering teams on a digital product and defining requirements.
• Experience partnering with designers and creative teams through briefing, review, and delivery.
• Experience running creative, content, or marketing tests with analytics and product counterparts.
• Experience with analysts or data scientists on metrics, instrumentation, and interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Own content feature definition and delivery from assessment to launch with design, engineering, product, and strategy partners.
• Turn creative ideas into precise definitions for build, test, and sign-off across devices and OS versions.
• Review builds and provide feedback until a feature meets creative and functional bars.
• Lead creative experimentation, including briefings with strategy and testing variants and measuring results.
• Collaborate with localization and regional teams to plan across markets.
