Job summary

Wolters Kluwer Medical Education & Medical Practice (MEMP) team is seeking a Sr. Content Editing Associate to provide support to Editorial staff in a hybrid role based in Philadelphia or New York. This role collaborates with acquisitions, development editors, content development, marketing, sales, product management, and market research teams.

The Sr. Content Editing Associate contributes to maintaining product documentation, supporting new product development, and implementing standardized

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Understanding of general project management practices and tools.
• Six months+ experience interning or working with publishers on digital content.
• Interest in medical education publishing is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules and track deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and report status.
• Process contracts and set up product records.
• Coordinate with authors and vendors for payments.
• Track budgets using spreadsheets.
• Support SOP documentation and process improvements.
• Maintain understanding of market penetration and analytics.
• Assist with editorial management tasks and recruitment.
• Respond to customer support requests promptly.
• Attend editorial meetings and follow up actions.
