Job summary

Procom is seeking a Senior Content Designer for a 1-year contract in Portland, Maine. This hybrid role requires four days onsite at the client’s office and focuses on crafting seamless digital experiences and clear UI copy across digital and physical ecosystems.

You will collaborate with designers and the Experience Strategy team to align content with business objectives, provide governance on tone and voice, and contribute to project scoping, planning, and benchmarking using customer data.

Qualifications

Content strategy experience (5+ years).
Experience in online marketing/advertising and interactive experiences (5+ years).
UX experience (5+ years).
Plain language expertise (5+ years).
Strong writing and editing skills (5+ years).
Good understanding of user-centered design and related design disciplines.
Familiarity with Figma/FigJam and Confluence/Jira.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with designers to craft seamless digital customer experiences.
Write clear, accurate, and compelling UI copy.
Collaborate with Experience Strategy to determine business objectives that drive content strategy.
Contribute to project scoping and planning.
Obtain competitive experience evaluations and customer data and establish benchmarks for content.
Contribute to content governance and workflow, as well as style, tone, and voice guidelines.
Manage and administer design projects.
