Latico Leathers is seeking a creative content leader to shoot and edit our photo/video work, host live shopping streams, and actively manage our private Facebook Group. You will plan your week, produce publish-ready content, and drive engagement and sales with an elevated, polished aesthetic.

Your portfolio should demonstrate high-level fashion content production, storytelling, and on-camera presence, contributing to a growing brand community and revenue.

The Role

We are hiring one person to be the face and the creative engine of Latico's content. You will shoot and edit our photo and video, host our live shopping streams, and run our private Facebook Group community. This is an on-camera and behind-the-camera role. You plan your own week, edit your own work, and deliver content that is ready to publish.

This role is for someone who already does this work at a high level and can show the results. Your aesthetic should be elevated and polished, and your content should drive measurable engagement and sales.

What You'll Do

1. Photography and Video for Social, Website, Email and Paid Ads

• - Shoot product and lifestyle photography in our in-house studio and on location: lighting, styling, composition and retouching. Product images are delivered to our 2048 x 2048 spec.
• - Film and edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks) with strong hooks, clean pacing, consistent captions and on-trend text overlays.
• - Do your own editing from start to finish in Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere or similar.
• - Shoot the details customers want to see: scrunch tests, interior reveals, on-body try-ons, what fits inside, and outfit styling.
• - Produce raw footage and finished cuts for our Meta paid ad pipeline, built for direct response.
• - Host and create long-form YouTube videos that walk through our bags in depth.
• - Cut live moments into short clips for Reels, TikTok and ads.

2. Host Live Shopping Streams

• - Host scheduled live shopping streams through SoldLive across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• - Talk about our bags with warmth and confidence: full-grain leather, features, compartments, comfort and styling.
• - Try bags on, show outfits, demonstrate what fits, answer questions in real time and guide viewers to purchase.
• - Follow a run of show covering featured styles, talking points, promos and FAQs, and keep the energy up for the full stream.

3. Own the Latico Insiders Facebook Group

• - Check pending member requests, posts and alerts at the start and end of every day.
• - Post consistently: styling prompts, polls, behind the scenes, new arrivals, bag of the week, and "what's in your bag" threads.
• - Reply to every comment and question quickly, with a real, personal reply.
• - Share recurring questions and community insights with the team each week.

4. Plan and Run Your Own Week

• - Submit a weekly content plan every Monday and carry it out without daily direction.
• - Deliver finished work that is proofread, fact-checked, on spec and ready to post.
• - Reply in writing the same business day to team emails and Slack messages.
• - Work with the team on weekly product priorities, campaigns and promos.

What You Bring

• - Professional photography experience with a real camera and studio lighting. This is not a phone-only role. A photography portfolio is required.
• - Strong video editing skills, with a clear grasp of hooks, pacing and social video trends.
• - Confident, natural on-camera presence. You can speak for long stretches, hold an audience and sell.
• - Proof that your content drives views, comments, shares or sales.
• - An elevated eye and a background in fashion, styling, retail or creator work.
• - Ownership: you plan your work, meet deadlines and get things right the first time.
• - Able to work in our Denville, NJ office five days a week.

Nice to Have

• - Live selling, hosting or retail sales experience.
• - Community management experience.
• - Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe or Figma) for story graphics, promo tiles and live overlays.
• - Experience creating paid social ad creative.
• - Familiarity with AI creative tools.
