Qualifications

• Advanced storytelling, writing, shooting, editing, and organizational skills.
• 3+ years in commercial production, broadcast TV, or related fields.
• Ability to lead polished content from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality production from concept through final delivery for commercials, branded content, and digital campaigns.
• Own complex projects end-to-end including scripting, production, editing, graphics, audio, and exports.
• Provide creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to Content Creators to raise team quality.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Services, Brand, and Project Managers to align goals and timelines.
• Maintain standards for quality, brand consistency, and efficient workflows using Adobe Workfront.
