The wage for this position is between $80,000 - $95,000 annually.

The Role
Guidant Financial is excited to announce an opportunity for a remote Senior Content and Brand Strategy Manager! This role combines a cutting-edge AI-driven approach with a strong focus on brand to create impactful content. You'll craft high-quality materials, lead brand growth efforts, and enhance thought leadership according to our strategic marketing plan. If you're a creative storyteller and tech-savvy marketing innovator, you'll thrive here as you share our brand across channels—blogs, videos, infographics, podcasts, and more. Using AI, you'll help our content stand out and ensure Guidant's voice resonates everywhere. You'll also stay current with new technologies to refine strategies based on insights from brand studies, rebranding, and thought leadership campaigns.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead our AI-driven content strategy across all channels, aligning with brand vision and thought leadership
- Adapt content formats (written, video, infographics, podcasts) to different audiences to maximize engagement
- Create engaging social media posts, visuals, and ads that follow brand guidelines; experience with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred
- Develop an editorial calendar and manage content from concept to publication
- Ensure all content tells a coherent story reflecting our brand's evolution
- Manage external creative partners, assign tasks, evaluate deliverables, and incorporate AI tools when relevant
- Integrate insights from brand research into content to position Guidant as an industry leader
- Streamline content processes to maintain high quality and successful brand launches
- Promote innovative social media storytelling across platforms
- Plan and execute content strategies for product launches and milestones
- Publish articles adhering to brand and SEO standards
- Collaborate with designers and social media managers to ensure visual content supports brand messaging
- Develop and oversee video content that communicates key brand messages
- Track performance metrics to refine strategies and improve lead generation
- Use analytics and brand insights to optimize content impact
Additional Duties
- Stay updated on AI, social media, fintech, and creative tools to enhance content
- Support various brand, partner, or corporate initiatives as the marketing plan evolves
- Perform other responsibilities as needed
Requirements

Skills And Competencies
- At least 5 years of experience in content placement, video editing, and branding
- Showcase exceptional writing skills through work samples
- Familiarity with CMS like WordPress, SEO, and website structure
- Experience with WordPress for posting articles is preferred
- Background in video scripting and editing is beneficial
- Strong understanding of branding and social media dynamics
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
