Blue Origin in Seattle is seeking a contamination control engineer to oversee all phases of cleanroom operations for the Lunar Permanence program. You will drive contamination control requirements from design through manufacturing and flight, ensuring spacecraft meet stringent cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in a related aerospace field.
• 8+ years in clean rooms and contamination control.
• Experience with ASTM/ISO standards in cleaning requirements.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident or eligible status.

Responsibilities

• Support spacecraft integration and cleanroom operations.
• Coordinate contamination requirements through lifecycle phases.
• Quantify cleanliness levels and develop maintenance procedures.
• Coach, mentor and assist other engineers.
• Develop test plans for particulate and molecular contamination.
