Responsibilities

• Oversees daily container shop operations, including staffing and scheduling.
• Ensures containers are in good repair and presentable to reflect company image.
• Manages container supply to meet customer demand.
• Ensures compliance with Waste Management's safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinates with other managers to optimize cost-effective operations.
• Assists in budgeting processes as required.
• Maintains regular inspections and preventive maintenance for cleanliness.
• Directly supervises 15 full-time employees including welders and utility workers.
• Provides input on termination, compensation and promotion decisions.
• Submits required reports in a timely manner.
