Ladders is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Consumer to shape consumer-facing web experiences that connect end users with operational tools in a fast-moving technology environment.

You will collaborate with mobile and backend engineers to deliver cross-platform solutions and own features from concept to analysis, influencing product direction while growing a consumer business within a broader enterprise technology organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer.
• Strong frontend experience with React and TypeScript; Next.js is a plus.
• Backend experience with GraphQL or REST APIs; Kotlin/Java preferred.
• Demonstrated ownership of projects from inception to analysis.
• A strong perspective on consumer products and a desire to influence product direction.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects with cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of web features for guest-facing and operational tools
• Collaborate with iOS, Android, and backend engineers to create cross-platform experiences
• Work across the technology stack, utilizing React and Next.js
