Qualifications

• Minimum: 4 year degree and 3+ years of experience in consumer regulatory compliance or advisory services.
• Experience in financial institution consumer regulatory compliance, including testing, monitoring, or examination support.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage consumer regulatory compliance risks within client processes and systems.
• Assist clients with understanding and complying with new/updated regulations.
• Research and interpret regulatory changes and advise on impacts to products, services, and controls.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of financial institution regulatory changes affecting compliance programs.
