PayPal in San Jose, CA is seeking an experienced program manager to lead multiple internal information system projects. You will align initiatives with business goals and deliver strategic outcomes across cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong program planning, budgeting, risk management, and mentoring junior managers while navigating our hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and contractors.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control capabilities.
• Proven ability to identify and mitigate project risks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program plans and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party contractors.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
