Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a goal oriented, incentive based sales role.
• 1+ years of experience in the consumer finance industry preferred.
• Spanish speaking skills are desirable but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a dedicated team member.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Willingness to comply with employment credit checks, background checks and drug screening.
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing to sell voluntary insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Originate consumer loan business with new and existing customers.
• Evaluate customer needs to recommend loan solutions.
• Complete loan applications, proposals and offers.
• Explain loan processes and answer questions about products.
• Close loans, assemble folders, and manage files.
• Meet or exceed loan goals.
• Serve a growing consumer loan portfolio and handle servicing tasks.
• Resolve customer issues using analytical skills and guidance from management.
• Build trust with customers and staff by upholding company values and policies.
• Process insurance claims, follow-ups and payments daily.
• Adhere to policies, regulations and compliance requirements.
• Answer incoming calls and manage branch communications.
• Assist Branch Manager with daily operational tasks.
