Republic Finance seeks a Sr. Consumer Loan Specialist to join our branch team and deliver a superior customer experience while originating consumer loans and building lasting relationships.

You will handle loan applications, present suitable product options, and collaborate with management on strategies for loan performance and growth. The role emphasizes a professional demeanor, reliability, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years in a goal-oriented, incentive-based sales role.
• 1+ years in consumer finance preferred.
• Strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business with new and existing customers.
• Evaluate customer needs to recommend loan and product solutions.
• Complete loan applications and proposals; follow up with applicants.
• Explain loan processes and answer questions about products and processing.
• Close loans and manage loan folders; meet or exceed loan goals.
• Assist Branch Manager with daily operations and tasks.
