A Phoenix, AZ-based law firm seeks a Senior Consumer Finance Associate to advise on financial services regulatory and compliance matters for a diverse clientele. The role is full-time and focuses on mortgage lending, consumer and commercial finance, with opportunity to shape compliance programs.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 years of financial services experience, familiarity with FinTech, JD and bar admission, Spanish language skills a plus, and a track record of handling enforcement

Qualifications

• Knowledge of key financial services laws and regulations.
