The role involves advising banks, credit unions, and FinTechs on compliance with financial regulations, performing regulatory analyses, drafting lending documents, and guiding clients through enforcement matters.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in financial regulatory practice.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to client service and teamwork.
• Education: JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Bar admission in the jurisdiction(s) where admitted to practice; timely admission to the Bar of Florida.
