The Role

Our Energy & Utilities Consulting group seeks a Senior Consulting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 16 years of consulting experience in the Energy & Utilities industry, with proven expertise as a DMS System Engineer. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining Distribution Management Systems (DMS), working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement DMS architecture to meet business needs.
• Configure and customize DMS for optimal performance.
• Integrate DMS with enterprise systems like SCADA, OMS, and GIS.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide user support.
• Perform system updates and maintenance for security and efficiency.
• Oversee data migration, quality, and governance.

Desired Skills

• Leadership ability to guide teams and engage with senior leadership.
• Extensive experience in Energy & Utilities, particularly with DMS, SCADA, and OMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $98,853 - $158,500, depending on experience. Includes discretionary annual incentives, stock awards, and comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, disability coverage, parental leave, and stock purchase plans. Applications accepted until April 12, 2025.
