THE POSITION
The Senior Associate, Strategy and Operations helps drive high-impact enterprise initiatives that enhance growth, efficiency, and performance. Reporting to and working closely with the Managing Director, Strategy and Operations, this role implements strategic improvements that position the company for long-term success.
What You Can Expect To Do:
Support escalation management and issue resolution in collaboration with business leaders.
Design scalable processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage strategic initiatives from design through implementation, including global expansion and core business optimization.
Align subsidiary business strategies with enterprise goals to ensure consistency and profitability.
Help execute enterprise transformation initiatives and monitor key performance indicators.
Support the development of service standards and strategic partnerships to enhance operational excellence.
Provide operational support to the strategy and operations team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
What You Should Have:
2-4 years of experience in a top tier consulting firm with project experience in real estate investment, technology, financial services or strategy.
Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills to assess market trends, portfolio performance, revenue trends, and investment decisions.
Experience in strategic business planning, revenue optimization, and operational scaling in a multi-entity organization.
A track record of solving complex business problems and executing growth initiatives.
Familiarity with real estate is a plus, but the ability to translate financial data into business decisions is essential.

Compensation:
$120,000-$150,000 per year
