Guidehouse is seeking a strategy and organizational senior consultant to help clients execute their mission in government transportation programs. We are searching for a strategy and organizational senior consultant to help clients execute against their mission effectively and efficiently and work collaboratively with our clients to help them work through their most pressing challenges. From implementing new policies to standardizing operations across offices, we work side-by-side with government leaders to solve important problems.
We are seeking a management consultant with strong critical thinking skills, experience in client program support and/or organizational design, and a desire to manage clients as well as lead activities with the client engagement team and coach and mentor junior consultants as well as have responsibility for client engagement, solution implementation, and critical problem solving
