What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Manage and deploy Teamcenter updates, patches, and upgrades in coordination with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with development teams and business users to implement enhancements and customizations
  • Monitor system health, conduct root cause analysis, and proactively address system bottlenecks
  • Support user administration, including roles, permissions, and access control
  • Conduct training sessions and provide end-user support to maximize system adoption

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Teamcenter PLM systems
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in a related field, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education
  • Strong knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, modules, and configurations, as well as CAD and integrations
  • Working experience in AMS processes, ITIL frameworks, and SLA-driven environments
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts as the role may require off-shift support

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience with Active Workspace, Rich Client, and Teamcenter CAD tools
  • Familiarity with My Teamcenter, PLM workflows, BOM management, and change management
  • Knowledge of CAD integration (e.g., NX) and Non-CAD (e.g., T4S, TCRA, T4EA, TCSC) with Teamcenter
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies in an AMS context
  • Understanding of ITIL or other relevant IT service management processes
