The role uses advanced analytics, external data, and AI-enabled tools to identify opportunities and develop executive recommendations. Remote work is available nationwide, with in-office presence required in Minneapolis or Washington, DC four days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, strategy, business planning, consulting, market intelligence, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience leveraging healthcare data to support strategic decision making and growth initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience in analytical skills with demonstrated experience utilizing large and complex datasets.
• 3+ years of experience presenting analytical findings to leadership audiences using MS PowerPoint Or Excel.
• Proven relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.

The Manager, Strategic Analytics & Market Intelligence partners with enterprise and regional strategy leaders to deliver data-driven insights supporting growth, market development, physician alignment, and service line planning.

This role applies advanced analytics, healthcare market intelligence, and business acumen to identify growth opportunities, strengthen market positioning, and support long-term organizational strategy using internal and external healthcare data.

The ideal candidate can conduct complex analyses, develop executive recommendations, and partner with senior leaders to evaluate healthcare growth opportunities.

You'llenjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Growth Analytics

• Partner with strategy, business development, physician enterprise, and service line leaders to support enterprise growth priorities and strategic planning cycles
• Evaluate market opportunities using demographics, utilization trends, patient migration, physician networks, payer dynamics, competitive positioning, and industry trend data
• Analyze referral patterns, patient flow, market potential, and demand forecasts to identify growth, referral optimization, and network development opportunities
• Develop business cases, executive presentations, and actionable recommendations that quantify growth opportunities, financial impact, market potential, and strategic priorities
• Manage analytics portfolios, align client objectives into cohesive roadmaps, and communicate developments, training, and support needs to stakeholders
• Serve as a liaison between leadership, analytics delivery, data engineering, platform, and governance teams to ensure project alignment and accurate foundational data assets
• Present insights to stakeholders and leverage AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics to accelerate insight generation, improve efficiency, and support business objectives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, strategy, business planning, consulting, market intelligence, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience leveraging healthcare data to support strategic decision making and growth initiatives
• 3+ years of experience in analytical skills with demonstrated experience utilizing large and complex datasets
• 3+ years of experience presenting analytical findings to leadership audiences using MS PowerPoint Or Excel
• Proven relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting health system strategic planning, business development, physician enterprise, or service line growth initiatives.
• Experience utilizing external market intelligence and healthcare data sources, including state discharge data, claims data, referral data, EHR data, demographic datasets, and competitive intelligence platforms
• Proven knowledge of healthcare market share analysis, patient migration, physician referral networks, demand forecasting, and service line planning
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled technologies, machine learning, predictive analytics, or large language models (LLMs) to generate insights, automate workflows, or improve business decision-making
• Experience with modern analytics and visualization platforms, including Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
