Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Consultant to support State of Ohio engagements within the State and Local Government practice. The role covers business design, organizational strategy, program strategy, and large program implementation across multiple areas.

You will analyze data, develop client-ready deliverables, and mentor junior staff while traveling within Ohio as needed. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience are required, with no sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience, ideally management consulting or related field.
• Ability to work independently with oversight from management.
• Experience in managing components of projects and supervising others.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in data collection, research, and solution exploration.
• Excellent written and oral communication and client-ready deliverables (PowerPoint).
• Able to grasp clinical and business implications of complex products/services.
• Attention to detail and ability to minimize re-work.
• Collaborative, team-oriented, and able to travel within Ohio.
• Must reside in the Greater Columbus, OH area; no sponsorship available.
