Job summary

IPolarity LLC in Indianapolis, IN seeks an experienced Senior Consultant PP-QM to lead SAP SCM initiatives onsite. You will drive complex PP/MO and QM implementations, support S/4HANA migrations, and mentor project teams across EWM, MM, WM, and SD within regulated life sciences contexts.

Ideal candidates bring 20+ years in SCM consulting, deep QM knowledge, and hands-on SAP integration experience. This role offers relocation support for eligible candidates and an onsite work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in SCM and consulting in manufacturing operations and quality management modules.
• At least 5 end-to-end implementation projects as solution architect or SME.
• Experience with greenfield, bluefield, upgrades and conversions in SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PP/MO SME initiatives and integrate with QM, EWM, MM, WM, SD.
• Support S/4HANA landscape, PP/QM enhancements and MES integration.
• Perform impact assessments for S/4HANA conversions and plan cut-overs.

Responsibilities

• As a Principal Consultant, required to have thorough knowledge of Manufacturing operations and Quality management along with integration with other modules e.g. GBT, MM, WM, EWM, SD, EHS and clinical trials.


• Will be part of a team working on multiple projects like EWM implementation, manufacturing expansion, supporting S4 Hana landscape, working on several enhancements/Innovation items in PP, QM and other SCM areas.


• Involved in impact assessment (for S/4HANA conversion), simplification Items review, requirement gathering, configuration adjustment, development support and testing, cut-over planning, deployment and hyper-care support.


• Responsible to contribute as part of a team on project processes, deliverables, proposal development and client trainings as per project/organization needs.


• Guide/mentor/lead the team for successful project deliveries.


• Responsible for reviewing solutions designed by the team members and proposing improvements.


• Responsible for liaising with client business teams and advising the client.


• Dealing with customer on day to day basis and win customer confidence.


• Regular tracking/review of team deliverables and reporting to customer.

Mandatory skills

• Should have 20 + years of experience in SCM area with majority of the experience in consulting experience in Manufacturing operations and quality management modules.


• Should have at least 5+ end to end implementation projects experience where you have performed a role of solution architect or subject matter expert at client location.


• Should have experience in all the project categories including greenfield, bluefield, upgrade, conversions etc.


• Must have through knowledge in following QM areas: QM Master Data, Quality Planning,
  Inspection process, Notifications, Supplier Quality Management, Test Equipment Management, Batch Management.


• Strong SAP PP/MO SME with knowledge of PI Sheets, Process Order Management, MES integration,
  BoM/Recipe Management and integration with QM and EWM, Variant Configuration, Object Dependencies


• Thorough Knowledge in integration with other modules like EWM,TM, GBT, MM, WM, CO and SD


• Good understanding of business processes in the life sciences / pharmaceutical domain.


• Ability to understand business requirements from business users and prepare/review requirement document,
  functional specifications, solution design, Project estimations.


• Good understanding of GXP and SOX requirements. Should have working experience in a highly regulated environment.


• Should be aware of release governance processes and have experience in
  working on any incident management and test execution tool.


• Handled post go live critical issue resolving till stabilization
