Oracle Corporation’s Health Data Intelligence (HDI) Consulting team in the United States seeks a Sr. Consultant to help healthcare organizations implement Population Intelligence, Clinical Intelligence, and Quality Management solutions.

You will translate client goals into practical workflows and delivery activities to enable successful go-lives. As a Senior Consultant, you will work with customers and cross-functional Oracle teams to deliver engagements from discovery through adoption,

Responsabilités

• Facilitate customer working sessions to understand goals, workflows, reporting needs, and implementation requirements.
• Translate requirements into documented workflow recommendations, configuration needs, and delivery activities; explain dependencies and tradeoffs.
• Own assigned implementation or uplift workstreams, maintaining clear deliverables, decisions, status, and follow-up actions.
• Plan and perform functional and data validation, support user acceptance testing, and investigate discrepancies with technical teams.
• Apply population health and quality-reporting knowledge to delivery work, seeking specialist input when requirements need clarification.
• Identify risks and blockers early, recommend practical next steps, and elevate issues with supporting evidence and customer impact.
• Develop and deliver customer training, assess readiness, and support go-live and adoption.
• Coordinate customer feedback with Product and technical teams, and improve reusable documentation and delivery practices.
