Position Overview

We are seeking senior professionals in Water Resources, Environmental, Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, and Ecology disciplines. The position is flexible and can be based in any of our service areas across the country. Reporting to the Branch or Regional Manager, this role involves coordinating technical services and staff within the assigned practice, fostering regional collaboration, and managing projects and clients with a focus on practice and regional needs.

  • Successful Seller-Doer with strong client relationships and business development skills.
  • Respected senior leader with technical expertise recognized internally and externally.
  • Ability to lead efforts across a large geographic area.
  • Collegial team builder with excellent leadership skills.
  • Broad understanding of discipline needs and emerging trends regionally.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly between offices.
Essential Responsibilities & Duties
  • Identify and attract new business opportunities within the practice.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships and manage projects.
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance GEI’s branding within the practice.

  • Monitor emerging trends and assess their impact on clients and staffing.

  • Foster a health and safety culture and ensure compliance with safety programs.
