What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Act as a subject matter expert for records and information management inquiries
  • Provide tactical recordkeeping advice and promote good recordkeeping practices
  • Support the implementation of records and information management initiatives across departments
  • Assist with maintaining the Electronically Stored Information (ESI) DataMap and compliance measurements
  • Collaborate with business areas to ensure proper indexing and management of offsite physical inventory

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in records and information management
  • At least 3 years of project management experience, supporting records and information management programs
  • Knowledge of M365 compliance tools and content management solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent organizational abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience in a large (Fortune 500 or equivalent) healthcare company or other regulated industry
  • Knowledge of library science is preferred but not required
