Role: Senior Consultant - Healthcare BA
Duration: Full Time / Permanent
Locations: Hartford, CT; Phoenix, AZ; Bluebell, PA; Long Beach, CA

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes.
• At least 4 years of experience with Healthcare Payer and Provider Industry expertise.
• At least 4 years of experience in Healthcare Domain, preferably in Channel, Claims, Medicare, and Government Programs domains.
• At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on internal/external consulting, documenting, and reviewing Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent planning and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

The role involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Communication may be via telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required as per job needs.
