Job summary

Ember Group Consulting in Charlotte seeks an experienced Full Stack AI Engineering Senior Consultant to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI capabilities, blending full stack, AI/ML, cloud, and consulting.

You will collaborate with clients, develop AI-based apps, deploy on AWS/GCP, and lead architecture discussions, ensuring secure, scalable solutions. The role also includes mentoring teams and delivering measurable business outcomes in enterprise settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in full stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern software development practices.
• Experience designing and developing web-based applications and enterprise solutions.
• Expertise in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with back-end technologies including Python, Node.js, Java, or .NET.
• Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack AI Engineering Senior Consultant to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade capabilities. This role combines full stack engineering, AI/ML development, agentic AI technologies, cloud architecture, and client-facing consulting.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience developing AI based applications, building and tuning AI agents, deploying solutions within enterprise environments, and leveraging cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud. Experience with HRM/HCM SaaS platforms, user experience design, and AI solution deployment is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development
