Job summary

Join Civitta as a Senior Consultant in Georgia, helping clients drive digital and strategic initiatives across markets. You’ll conduct market and business analyses, translate findings into actionable insights, and deliver client-ready documents and presentations.

Ideal candidates hold a business-related degree (Master’s preferred) with strong SQL, Excel, and data interpretation skills, plus fluency in English and Georgian. A hybrid work model and international collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or related field (Master’s degree is a strong advantage).
• Experience with data analytics tools, including basic to intermediate SQL, and data interpretation.
• Ability to structure complex business problems and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and in multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, industry, and business analysis using quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Translate analytical findings into practical business insights and strategic recommendations.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables including reports, briefs, and presentations.
• Support development of business cases, market assessments, and analyses.
• Present results to peers, managers, and clients with increasing independence.
• Coordinate with Consultants to ensure high-quality delivery within timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with Civitta teams across 20+ countries to deliver data-driven solutions.
