Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in Power & Utilities industry or consulting within the sector.
• Proven experience in regulatory compliance & operational processes, especially Work/Asset Management and/or Utility accounting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to guide cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage risk and controls projects focused on regulatory compliance within the Power & Utilities sector.
• Analyze, evaluate, and enhance information systems that support business internal control processes.
• Conduct fieldwork, assist clients in implementing information systems, resources, and controls to maximize efficiencies and minimize risk.
• Collaborate with client personnel to identify compliance challenges and develop tailored solutions.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
