Qualifications
- 5-10 years of project experience in data management, analysis, or related consulting disciplines
- Proven understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and technology implementation frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail, especially in requirement gathering and stakeholder engagement
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and polished client service abilities
- Prior experience in project-based or billable consulting roles, preferably delivering visible deliverables and client impact
Preferred Qualifications
- A proactive, "go-getter" mindset with a genuine passion for data as a strategic asset
- Facility in running workshops with SMEs to elicit business and technical requirements
- Aptitude for setting clear expectations, managing timelines, milestones, and proactively reporting on risks, issues, and dependencies
- Demonstrated proficiency in multitasking with meticulous stakeholder management and influence, even under ambiguity
