Position Title: Senior/ Lead Consultant (BODS)

Experience: 6 to 15 Years

About the job :

The Sr. Consultant is responsible for helping our clients address some of their biggest data challenges. The person in this position will be experienced in completing successful projects as a team member and demonstrate business process knowledge in data migration, governance, and other focus areas. You will be a key contributor to the consulting team at different phases of the project including discovery, solution generation, design/architecture, and process detailing. This position plays a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of new solutions to our clients daily.

Role & responsibilities :

1. Deliver technology and business solutions to clients across industries such as Financial Services, Pharma & Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and Utilities.
2. Implement and develop customer deliverables independently using Syniti methodology and tools, meeting or exceeding customer requirements.
3. Develop and test all technical solutions per specifications and conduct user training as needed.
4. Collaborate closely with other consultants on customer sites as part of project teams of varying sizes.
5. Participate in problem-solving efforts and contribute ideas to resolve client issues.
6. Conduct requirements and data analysis and create reports.
7. Assist in customizing and configuring solutions.
8. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of work products.
9. Expand consulting skills and professional development through training, mentoring, and client interactions.
10. Follow best practices in business process design and implementation.
11. Possess advanced functional/technical expertise in their focus area.
12. Maintain engagement utilization requirements.
13. Work under moderate supervision, initiating routine tasks independently.
14. This position is remote due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, with re-evaluation planned.
15. Adhere to policies and standards to protect customer and corporate information.

Candidate Preferences :

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
2. ERP techno-functional or functional experience, SAP preferred.
3. Participation in full ERP implementation lifecycle(s).
4. Experience with data quality analysis, statistical analysis, and modeling.
5. Ability to prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines.
6. Strong presentation skills suitable for diverse audiences.
7. Excellent customer service skills, with experience working directly with clients.
8. Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and learn new skills.
9. Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results under pressure.
10. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
