Job summary

Quadrant Strategies, LLC in New York seeks a Senior Consultant to lead client engagements, providing strategic communications guidance for corporate and political clients. You will manage projects and a small team, delivering high-impact research memos and external reports.

You will design and implement qualitative and quantitative studies, allocate resources, and contribute to business development. Hybrid work arrangement, with three in-office days weekly, is offered.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years’ work experience in market research, communications, strategy, consulting or related professional services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience designing and managing client engagements and research studies

Responsibilities

• Design and execute client engagements, including proposals, strategy memos, and external reports
• Directly manage a team of Associates and Senior Associates (1–4 staff)
• Design, develop, implement and analyze qualitative and quantitative studies

Senior Consultant

The Role:

The ideal candidate has experience developing and implementing communications strategy in the political or corporate sectors. This is an opportunity to become a high-level corporate consultant by applying that communications expertise to consulting-style engagements for companies and organizations in a wide range of industries, including but not limited to technology, health care, finance and entertainment.Senior Consultants will manage projects on their own, including interacting with and advising clients directly, with a view to moving to a client and consulting leadership role as soon as they are ready. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with partners to design and execute client engagements, including writing proposals, strategy and research memos and other external reports, and presenting them to clients
• Directly manage a team of Associates and Senior Associates (typically 1-4 staff members)
• Design, develop, implement and analyze qualitative and quantitative studies, such as proprietary polling, focus groups and other research methodologies
• Manage client projects, including allocating resources across the team to meet project goals and deadlines
• Participate in the management and operations of the company, including developing and managing vendor relationships, overseeing the operations of their own team, and helping drive business development

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong academic record
• Three to seven years’ work experience, preferably in market research, communications, strategy, consulting or related professional services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

COMPENSATION:

$100,000 - $120,000

The pay range for this role is:

100,000 - 120,000 USD per year (United States)
