Job summary

Linde Engineering Americas (LEA), a unit of Linde plc, is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent for projects in Florida. You will coordinate subcontractors, support site management, and ensure safety and QA compliance across field activities.

The role requires a broad construction discipline understanding, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You will participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving and planning efforts on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 8+ years of experience as a superintendent on a construction project.
• Broad understanding of each construction discipline with strong leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with subcontractors to maintain safety and QA practices and assist the site manager in preparing schedules for subcontractors.
• Assist the site manager with planning and coordination of subcontractors and monitor field activities by subcontractors.
• Liaise on material management by a subcontractor and provide construction techniques to subcontractors.
• Assist with management of subcontractors and research problems and errors with the construction assistant/engineer.
• Participate in project meetings and adhere to LPP safety policies and procedures.
