Job summary

STRUCTURAL Dallas, TX seeks a General Superintendent to provide high level field management for open shop crews on concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing and structural strengthening projects. This role collaborates with Project Managers and leaders to plan, coordinate and deliver work safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate brings extensive construction experience, proven multi-project oversight, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork in a collaborative, field‑oriented

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction management or related field preferred.
• 12+ years of general construction with at least 5 years in field management (Foreman/Assistant Superintendent).
• Experience running 3–8 projects simultaneously.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Strong commitment to safety and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level field management to Superintendents, Foremen and open shop crews.
• Participate in pre-project and pre-task planning and disseminate details to field teams.
• Motivate and coordinate crews based on job material and worker requirements.
• Ensure crews operate tools and equipment safely and productively.
• Provide training to field managers and crews.
• Assist Project Managers with evaluating production rates and schedules.
• Complete essential paperwork clearly and accurately.
• Interview and hire field employees.
• Uphold the company’s Safety 24/7 culture.
