Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience in construction management, construction technology, or an engineering discipline.
• 10–15 years of industry experience with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and with customer delight.
• Ability to implement and maintain full control of field matters while enforcing safety, schedule adherence, and quality on site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations for commercial projects on site.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Maintain quality expectations and client satisfaction on site.
• Lead and mentor diverse field teams and coordinate with engineers and subcontractors.
• Interpret and apply drawings, specifications, and installation instructions.
