Job summary

The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company is seeking qualified field supervision for various commercial projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-based working environment. Qualified candidates shall possess 3‑20+ years of experience in the industry and a track record for delivering complex projects with minimal delays and an emphasis on customer delight.

You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining full control of field matters while managing safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Engineering Technology or Construction Management, Construction Technology.
• Ambition to succeed/advance in construction.
• Knowledge of basic business principles sufficient to project and monitor expenses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications, blueprints, technical manuals, product/material installation instructions and engineering/architectural drawings.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
