Job summary

Qualifications

• Journeyman certificate or undergraduate/engineering degree in a related discipline.
• NCSO designation required (IND); Gold Seal program (CDN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works with project manager to ensure safety program implementation and adherence to site plans.
• Supervises, directs, coaches, trains, and mentors the project team.
• Communicates effectively with forces and trades to meet performance, productivity, quality and safety targets.
• Collaborates with project team to manage schedule, budget and risks.
• Leads site meetings with client, consultants, trades and internal teams.

Education
