Job summary

Integra in Quanah, TX seeks a Construction Superintendent to plan, coordinate, and oversee project execution, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery while upholding quality and safety standards.

Lead field teams, schedule activities, manage subcontractors, and monitor costs, with emphasis on safety (ZAP), change orders, RFIs, and quality control. 5+ years of relevant experience preferred; Bachelor's in CM preferred; OSHA 30; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• OSHA 30 Hour certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Medical physical examination completed.

Responsibilities

• Initiate development of project schedules and sequencing.
• Review project financial information with Project Management.
• Prepare and update Work Progress Schedule; lead weekly subcontractor meetings.
• Coordinate subcontractor scopes, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and material submittals.
• Monitor safety plans (ZAP) and XMOP; enforce quality and environmental standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
