Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction industry experience.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and resolve on-site challenges.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to delivering high-quality results on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities, ensuring work adheres to specifications, timelines, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to keep workflows seamless and projects on schedule.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contract documents to guide project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce quality control, and proactively resolve issues.
• Manage and adjust project schedules to meet milestones while upholding superior craftsmanship.
• Train and mentor junior staff in construction best practices, safety protocols, and quality standards.
