Graham Construction, a 3G Company, is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead complex commercial projects on site in Iowa. You will coordinate trade partners, manage project teams, and ensure work aligns with plans, budget, and schedules.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors while upholding Graham safety standards and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management or related field required.
• 10+ years of commercial construction experience or equivalent field experience.
• Ability to lead commercial construction projects and healthcare projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead trade partners, field and office staff to complete projects on schedule.
• Manage budget, labor and codes per contract.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and Graham safety standards (OSHA).
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, and partners.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and plans.
• Mentor carpenters, laborers, engineers, and interns.
• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, MS Projects, Outlook and Excel.
